On your arrival, kindly report at the health check reception desk. You are requested to check in at 8:00 am for a smooth process of your health check. Please carry your ID / Company letter during the visit.
Please come in an empty stomach with overnight fasting of 10-12 hours. Do not drink tea/Coffee/ Milk in the morning before tests. However, you may drink plain water. Avoid smoking and consumption of alcohol for a minimum of 12 hours before health check up.
In case you are taking any medication, please bring your prescriptions / medications with you. Do not take any Anti-diabetic medication (including insulin) before giving a fasting blood sample.
A urine sample collection bottle will be given to you to collect the sample. You can collect urine in the container provided and place it in the receiving counter near the washroom.
Pregnant Ladies or those suspecting pregnancy should not undergo X-Ray or Treadmill test.
You may be required to change clothes frequently while undergoing various tests. You will feel more comfortable in loose clothes and easily removable footwear. Kindly leave all jewellery at home.
